Right.<br /><br />I expect that this one will wither on the vine - when/if it finally does go to cabinet it will be shuffled across a few commitees to buy time until the point fades away, unless there's $60m to spare in the budget somewhere (and when was the last time a state government department had that much to spare, let alone happily let it be carved from its' budgetary allocation?)<br /><br />Of course this might not be a lesson in How To Stall On An Issue, but doubt the cynics at our peril.
