I'm on Vodafone and wikileaks cannot be accessed (and I'm too scared to keep trying). It could be a week ago. Bernard : I think you will find some internet providers are self-censoring already. I’m on Vodafone and wikileaks cannot be accessed (and I’m too scared to keep trying). It could be a week ago.
