Sometimes he won an sometimes he lost but it wasn't for trying. Thus he earned some enemies.<br /><br />Perhaps he is battling the odd Federal AG Robert McLelland who many of us had high hopes for but is still acting as a lawyer in his role-ie: admit nothing.
