Any information Ms Meagher has to offer insight into what Rees as Milton Orkopoulos' right hand man did or could know would promote democracy through the rooves of many parliaments. Adam could surely shed some light on how closely staff work with their Ministers. That Rees didn't get a whiff of such debauchery indicates he's either deaf, dumb or blind or just plain stupid.
