Is there a politician who does not have the music of this speech by heart? A music to which any words without meaning can be sung. (Introduction of meaning, or belief, even, tends to screw up the numbing rhythm and unsettle listeners.)<br /><br />And how deliciously do we have modelled for us the use of that appealing and aestheric oral punctuation, so useful for paper ing over too long interruptions to neural processing.<br /><br />Please continue to accumulate your valuable cultural record.
