It is absurd to charge people for talking. No-one was hurt, there was no plot and it is not good enough to say that the bonus of proof is lower in these sorts of cases.<br /><br />If we want to start going down the road of North Korea, or Israel, then we have to charge all the jews who openly and vocally supported the massacre of men, women and children in Gaza. With Haaretz reporting fully 30% of Israeli society supporting a pardon for Yigal Amir Israeli assassin of Labour PM Yitzak Rabin for daring to pursure real land justice and peace. Well you just have to shake your head. <br /><br />So the reason I'm commenting here is because I just saw Kevin Rudd's photo opportunity earlier today shaking the hands of beautiful innocent school kids in the ACT somewhere. Of course they were not Arabic. Not Palestinian. And most decidedly not burned to death by white phosphorous bombs of the Israeli Air Force. The IDF that Rudd said had every right to defend their country. <br /><br />It really is pathetic in a national leader such bias in effect in favour of an illegal murderous squatter movement, even if it is 10,000 km away.
