hi,The CCC in WA has all the trappings of a star chamber,it selictively leaks phone calls, never by the looks of removes it phone taps and they only discovered a camera pointed at Grills fron door last week in a power pole, when the papers turned up it had been removed.
I also enlists the commercial talk back to push its agenda,Beamont does not like Brian Burke,he disparages him at ever chance he is given but refuses to allow Mr Burke to reply, mind you this gentleman and out local Paper ran a ferocious campaign against Labour at the last state election, help by the incompetence of the Labour party people charged with running it.
I hope Mr Burke beats the CCC and is freed so he can pursue legal action against a few people in Perth who should have know better, the CCC hide behind the excuse that it cant investigate the Mr Bigs and not so Bigs in Perth,I think the first thing they should do is have a full blown wide ranging Royal Commission in to the WA cops,I think there are a lot of unanswered questions about a lot of cases going back a few years in Perth.
There should also be supervision of the CCC or a permanent Royal Commission in Australia into organised crime with wide ranging powers, there at to many of these CCC type operations in Australia and it needs tightening up and oversight.
