I was approached last week to help people on the Woy Woy Peninsula save Woy Woy Hospital. Our Hospital was put in place in the seventies due to the efforts of a much smaller community than that which currently relies on this important amenity.
Woy Woy Hospital is currently a much maligned little flower of support to the elderly and their elderly careers on the Peninsula . While in another place half a world away our Federal government presides over the growing of another pool of returned service personal who may never be complete citizens ever again. . The rehabilitation section of Woy Woy Hospital has been closed and beds removed. to god knows where. The NSW Health Code of Conduct all 43 pages of it, is being used as a stick to silence employees who know what politicians and their sycophantic lackeys are doing is wrong.
We are under attack from our elected representatives, and many of us know it. How do we the people fight the denial of due process?
http://sydney.indymedia.org.au/story/hands-our-woy-woy-hospitial
Edward James
