Quite apart from whether people find illicit drug taking distastful, what the hell business is it of anyone else’s to condemn what one does to one’s own body ?.
Singapore, one of the most boring places on the planet is always put up as some sort ideal model of how society should be-mainly because it’s really one large shopping centre where you can eat of the floor or some sort of similar rubbish.

Undoubtedly those slamming Llyod believe firmly in Law &Order yet they ignore the many excessive injustices that happen in Singapore-the caning of persons for swearing, the jailing of internet groups who speak out against the governmet-the dreadful treatment of the Deputy Prime Minister Mahathir bin Mohamad .

Nor do they apparently believe in the concept that once a person has paid the price for their ‘crime’, they should then be allowed to re-build their life. Lloyd apparently is to be condemnd for life for one mistake and never again be given the opportunity to ply his trade.

This crew probably cheered when Aussies were being strung up in Singapore and ignore the fact that the drug trade emanating from Asia and destined for Australia is controlled completely by Asia crime cartels with active suprt from corrupt governmet officals and every now anfd then a sacrificial bone is thrown to appease the pubic in the form of a Peter Lloyd or hapless and powerless Singaporean citizen.
