		<description>As someone who works on the ISP side of the industry, it should be pointed out that Jimbo&#039;s comment is not as it seems - conflict of interest comes to mind, particularly as its largely the spruikers of these products that are helping to push for its introduction.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Industry trials and overseas experience shows that it does slow service, it does block valid sites and it will cost all Australians to implement it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Its easy to attach the tag &#039;child protection&#039;, just as previous governments have used the tag &#039; stopping terrorism&#039; to unworkable legisaltion and solutions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ultimately the very people this is intended to stop will just use other methods (peer to peer, FTP, etc.) and the general public will be stuck with the cost and inconvenience.</description>
