I am no economist ( having struggled through Year 1 Economics at uni ......yeek!!) but a lot of the technical language of commentaries on the 'global financial crisis' only clouds my level of comprehension. Could someone please explain though what 'private debt' is? Then the % ratios may make more sense to me. Finally, an article I can understand on this topic!
