Not even inside the NSW ALP who seem to actively encourage these qualities in Ministerial staffers. <br /><br />In the future, I would encourage you to make Mr Heslop pay for his self-promotion, regardless of how amusing it may be. <br /><br />The NSW public servants who have dealt with Mr Heslop during his 'stellar' career are, I can assure you, all very happy with the current arrangement of him not having a gig. Him moving to Melbourne pleases them even more. Only him contracting a non-lethal yet very embarrasing medical condition could top that.
