Why should Julie Bishop be let of so easily about an interest rate's gaffe ?. After all we have had Malcolm Turnbull screeching blue murder about Swann's credentials, moaning about Rudd's visit to the epicentre of the US meltdown and then he appoints a shadow Treasurer who obviously is a novice with seemingly little interest beforehand in the important portfolio handed her.

Turnbull needs a quick lesson in politics. Acting in the Liberal's usual manner of "to the manor born" and as though the Liberals have been unfairly deprived of their right to rule won't wash..

When the liberals learn how to be in opposition and learn what their own bills are on about we will all be better off. Senator Bernardi just read out a bunch of letters from carers on benefits and demanded that Evans just magic up the money to give them a pay rise.

He didn't get the point that they were not included in the liberal attempt at wedge politics, which made his rant even more absurd and cruel.

The only pensioners included were the demographic who still vote liberal and are now all whining and vocal even thought they are not one cent worse off than last November.

Julie Bishop is a seriously potent lawyer.
There is a lot more to her than meets the eye.
Some writing has appeared on the wall just recently.

Engineer, I think the preposition being refered to is "of". Specifically, the change from "from the" to "of". Regards, Ben

"Yes it took me a couple of reads to see the crucial preposition..." No, folks, there is no preposition.

The definite article has been swapped for an indefinite article.
"THE technical..." became "A terchnical".

That clears that up, OK? But still not a preposition, w_nker.

Julie Bishop ridiculed her opposite number for being a "naughty boy...[who] copied [his] homework" when she was education minister. It's called karma.
