We have had a Citibank credit card for the last 6 years, it currently has a limit of $9,500 ( which is adequate for our needs) On the weekend "because of our excellent repayments over the last 6 years we were offered a $19,000 limit, more than double our current limit- is this responsible? When I declined the young lady was required to ask me WHY? I didn't want to increase my limit. No wonder so many customers have got themselves over their heads in debt.

Too little, too late....how appropriate this conclusion, Steve, and yesterday I could not even spelll Collateralised Debt Obligation. I had never seen it written, you see, since all the research I subscribe to had never referred to it.
