It appears that this document remains a secret to Andrew Dodd. If he had read it prior to publication he would have had the opportunity to correct some (relatively minor) inaccuracies in the description of the vesting conditions.

Healthy Fairfax bashing is to be encouraged. But this sort of article does nothing to engender reader confidence in Crikey.
