The marginal meter is ticking in Malvern and it doesn’t need an aspiring JK Rowling to pen memoirs of Peter Costello nor does it need a spiteful political warhorse. Unless the Liberals have the guts to give him his marching orders he’ll wreak as much damage as Howard. You really wonder whether this Party is focused on governance or dalliance. Costello’s not fit to lead and probably never was.
