Keeping calm with automated voice recognition systems should be an Olympic event from 2012 onwards!

Very droll, but mainly because it`s so true in this neo-liberal age. Swann can fulminate as much as he likes, but the banks hold all the cards. Stuff the public!

My call to Westpac panned out identically..until image three where I was given the last option “please say other”. I said “other” and the menu started again! In round two after yelling ‘other’ the ‘sound’-activated respondent told me ‘all operators are busy, please call back again’ and hung up on me. Atleast Mr Bumface got through.
