However it's worth noting that the big infographic on page 7 is wrong by a factor of a thousand. <br /><br />Costa adds up a total over the forward estimates, and only gets to (an equivocal) half a million. The Herald then omits any mention of the time span, takes out the equivocation, and multiplies the number by a thousand to get half a billion.
