Since Rudd sprung out of the blocks without UN backing to support Kosovo (without resources or means to support itself except those from the USA) becoming a separate state; we have the makings of a world war conflict as Serbia and Russia are the same tribe.<br />But this is no worse that Downer (is he gone yet!) advocating to sell to India...who not long ago was sabre style war head rattling with Pakistan.<br />In times of global instability - leave it in the ground makes a lot of sense.<br /> In answer to the title of this story I have two things to say; one old-
