Qantas Engineers a problem? Friends recently flew to Helsinki via London (Finnair was perfect!) and Qantas managed to lose their luggage, returning it to them the day they were leaving Helsinki. On the way home, they had just taken off from Hong Kong when the boss steward announced there was not enough food for everyone! If you don’t want to eat, please don’t ask for a meal. They blamed a catering error. Huh? You have 300 people on a jumbo and you don’t load enough food? Gimme a break!
