		<description>QANTAS: At Sydney airport this week, I asked a QANTAS staff member if it was official policy to make people with walking sticks stand up for an hour, doing the queue walk, while waiting to do the bag drop. She was alarmed - it&#039;s not, they are to be offered assistance, and fast tracked.  Perhaps no one told the single staff member that appeared to be &#039;managing the line&#039;. </description>
