Also, Lleyton Hewitt has done himself no favours with the meeja, who, in a vacuum, would've loved nothing better than to lionise him. You're actually complaining that not enough Australian kiddies are forced to spend hour after hour honing their tennis serves? Let them enjoy their youth and not merely become exploited by fans and the media. I still recall the Adelaide Advertiser's appalling treatment of Lleyton Hewitt (they insisted on referring to his having 'called Australian tennis fans stupid' for months after he happened to mention that a couple of fans at the Australian Open were a bit loudmouthed) as a teenager.
