		<description>Steve Martin - what makes you think that hasn&#039;t been done already.  When the ATC College was being run as a separate &#039;business&#039;, kickbacks were being received for the number of graduates.  This resulted in sub-standard trainees arriving for field training and often wasting valuable time and resources when they clearly weren&#039;t up to scratch - believe me, I KNOW.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wait until the general public finds out about the unsafe airspace they&#039;re flying through - then watch the Airservices PR department go into overdrive.  The only way this will be resolved is by direct Ministerial intervention and with a new CEO (preferably someone who&#039;s more interested in safety than their ego).</description>
