When the ATC College was being run as a separate 'business', kickbacks were being received for the number of graduates. This resulted in sub-standard trainees arriving for field training and often wasting valuable time and resources when they clearly weren't up to scratch - believe me, I KNOW.<br /><br />Wait until the general public finds out about the unsafe airspace they're flying through - then watch the Airservices PR department go into overdrive. The only way this will be resolved is by direct Ministerial intervention and with a new CEO (preferably someone who's more interested in safety than their ego).
