This situation doesn't pertain only to stocktake and other sale times, I'm told. Don't know from personal experience of late as, like many friends and family, I haven't been inside the place for a few years. I'm old enough to remember when customer service really mattered (when we still called the place Myer's, by the way) and it was a pleasure to go there for everything from food to furnishings.
