A fine narrative flow, and also an excellent evocation of the people inhabiting the story-Hurley as well as the Yanners. Shaping as a "must read" for my family-I have teenage, city -bred children who have not yet seen very much of Outback Australia, nor the Gulf ; and I would like them to get a sense of the background to the continuing tragedy that is now,and seems to have always been,Palm Island.
