Telstra should re-think its new billing format. In order to allegedly ``save paper'' the company has removed customers' itemised phone calls. Apparently we can now access this online. What a convenient service for time poor people. And my 70-year-old grandma is particularly impressed. She doesn't have the internet and thinks a bigpond has gold fish. How is she supposed to access her itemised phone calls, if heaven bid the almighty Telstra should make a mistake with her bill? My mum is in the same boat on the big pond of computer ignorance. She runs a small sheep farm and rental properties and can no longer access her phone log for tax purposes. I care about the environment and I'd be willing to pay an extra buck for a print out of my phone calls. Perhaps Telstra could start a tree planting fund with the proceeds. <br />
