To claim for loss of commissions, you would have to show that the property in question had not sold (not just not sold now, but not sold at any time up until the date of the trial), but would have been sold to one of the people who sent the missed emails. There is no flight QF89 from Hong Kong to Melbourne on a Saturday night, or anytime. Nor is there a QF89 to anywhere. And anyway. What does it mean "and under my feet at the emergency exit, I was red hot" Was it hot under the seat? or 'hot under the collar'. I suppose I would be, if the storey was true.
