		<description>Seems reasonable to me, Irfan.   Why would anyone want  to fund an institution, or media organ, for that matter simply to give one&#039;s political adversaries free air time?   Falun Gong and the Tibetans can fund their own favourite insitutions.   I imagine the Chinese Ministry of Education hasn&#039;t said no to that?  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Imagine the Australian Government funding a similar institute in Afghanistan.   Are we going to object to the &quot;Dinky Di Foundation&quot; hosting pro-Taliban academics or students?   You bet we would.    And remember that the Chinese see the ever so fertile Falung Gong and the feudal autocrat Dalai Lama in much the same light as we view the Taliban.</description>
