Maybe it would be different for B&B if it was too big to fail? The ‘private’ US Federal Reserve is printing money like a drunken sailor and guaranteeing US Investment Banks’ losses wherein the moral hazard no longer exists for banks considered too big to fail. It’s no wonder the US dollar is depreciating and oil producers are demanding ever more freshly printed dollars to maintain the purchasing power of their mountains of Greenbacks. Maybe we’ll need a Weimar wheel barrow for a barrel of oil. Before you call these observations a conspiracy theory, read what the Bank of International Settlements says in this article entitled “Central bank body warns of Great Depression”. It’s no wonder B&B is coming apart at the seams. It's a mere bystander in a far bigger fractional derivatives game.
http://www.bankingtimes.co.uk/09062008-central-bank-body-warns-of-great-depression/
