		<description>It is interesting that all the commentary on Iemma/Della Bosca focus on the role Della plays in shoring up support for a privatising Labor Government but make no reference to Della&#039;s attempts to reduce working conditions for one of the largest groups of State employees - teachers (and their transfer rights). Oh, and the wage negotiations for said State employees later in 2008.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Could it be that the commentariat either doesn&#039;t know about, or doesn&#039;t know what to say about, a group of State employees, with comparatively high rates of unionisation whose Union is not affiliated to the ALP?&lt;br /&gt; </description>
