How about following the underworld code of silence instead of the code of law?

How is 'following the underworld code of silence' consistent with giving confidential information to police about some extremely scary people but refusing to repeat this in a public courtroom? Simply because you feel intimidated as a witness is not the best reason to be refused the right to practice. Your allegations suggest you've watched too much Underbelly and not given enough thought to the legal realities of this situation. If you have any actual evidence that this person is involved in criminal activity and you're NOT giving this to the police, you're guilty of exactly the same 'crime' that the Legal Services Board are accusing Garde-Wilson about.
