		<description>UQ has recently been in the news for taking money from a rich WA climate sceptic, channelled through the Institute of Public Affairs, to fund PhD subjects that the IPA had influence in setting.  UQ maintained that it would be able to maintain its independence.  This story certainly draws that into question.  </description>
