We're yet to be told what the 'inappropriate act' is though. But that's where the fun is. You are right, though, when you say it's indicative of something greater than Boswell's Bogus Adventures. I also think it reflects more than simply the malaise of modern journalism. We have been lulled into an era of beige by the lack of personality and charm in politics over recent years in both state and federal politics, who can blame them for latching onto something that reeks of risk? There is no personality nor ideology in politics anymore and we are lacking for it. K-Rudd needs an adviser to tell him to grow his sideburns for heaven's sake. It’s p-ss funny! In NSW the Education Minister is a speed hoon without a license who pedals to work after seven misdemeanours behind the wheel of a car. If nothing shames these individuals what confidence is there within communities for consideration or clemency on their comparably underwhelming concerns brought before these no-conscience so-called advocates. MPs are constantly undermining their roles by desecrating them. It's time for a new political order or parliamentary adminstrative reform.
