    Sorry about the American spelling. My editor should have picked that up. While I do not have a problem with milk in at the same time as the teabag myself, I certainly sympathise with your position. Teabagness is a serious business.

    All good points. Further: covering tragedies like the Burmese cyclone first and foremost in terms of how many Australians were killed is hideous, as though Burmese lives are somehow less worthy of our consideration. And putting milk in tea WHILE THE TEABAG IS STILL IN is revolting. Not in a way that’s easy to pinpoint but viscerally so nonetheless.

    Good criticism of Footy Show … but please don’t use American spellings (ie “defense” instead of “defence”).
