Yes, there was a vote to allow women to vote, so why not vote on same sex marriage. It seems to me there will be more far reaching repercussions to society from same sex marriages then women getting the vote. Perhaps in our democracy we should be allowed to openly talk about these changes, and actually Dave, gay people are not the only ones treated with inequality in our society.
