Most people know you get paid money for votes won in the federal sphere, compared to the state and local govt sphere. There right from the start is some different treatment going on. 2nd, most people know you have to report your donations. So probably you start to think about 'how do I do it?' So you call 1223 and ask for the 'electoral commission' and what's the bet either AEC or NSW EC will tell you which office you need to address. For so many failed declarations this could suggest either a cavalier or a guilty attitude? Admittedly I’m a hack in this subject area, but frankly I don’t buy it.
