I am quietly optimistic that Mugabe will leave office (relatively) peacefully when he realises he lost his own rigged election. When that insane old man finally leaves office, and the MDC can come to power as they legitimately have, Zimbabwe can start its long, long road to recovery.
On another note, it's disappointing to see UN and African Union both standing by and doing nothing. It would be nice for the international community to stop wringing its hands plaintitively and do something truly constructive.
