Anthony Clifford, thing again, your statement is absurd. Chinese students are (generally) here on visas which have strings attached., including basic stuff like obeying the law. Would Australian students in China be allowed to gather in such large numbers in China? I don’t think so. Perhaps you should be more concerned with the (alleged) involvement of the Chinese embassy in this whole mess.

Why would anyone be concerned about Chinese students being bused to Canberra to make a political statement? The union movement in Australia has been busing rank & file members to all sorts of places to make political protests for as long as I can remember.
