		<description>Equal pay for equal work is something to be fought for.  However, as my daughter says, the company cannot afford affirmative action in promotional positions.  I&#039;ve seen babies in back packs taken to Australasian Trans-Tasman meetings by the most capable of people, I am pro-child birth.</description>

		<description>I hope that this article is but a fading chorus in the crusade for Gender Equality. GE is an ideology that promises freedom and independence but subverts genuinely interdependent  relationships. It delivers a future of heartless disengagement and considers children, family and community to be collateral damage.</description>
