The ASX should immediately reintroduce the brokers ability to see who is buying and selling stock the moment it trades and not after 3 days which is currently the situation. Re ASX The misinformation,rumours and ability of some to glean this information ahead of others in the market is damaging to orderly trading The companies listed on the exchange are subject to a system of continuous disclosure and so to should the ASX with the trading it conducts. The level of disclosure from the ASX is appalling and needs to be urgently addressed.
