Lucy, its the liberals and the marxists who both endorse your favoured position of denying the unborn their most fundamental right. The State or the individual, either can behave like God. Draw your own conclusion!

understood human nature. Marxism and its post modernity cousin, the secular liberal left, ironically end up supporting the worst examples of a failure to properly understand the separation of Church and State.

leftwing apologists, many contributors to Crikey, express their indifference while sipping their lattes. China is a good example of how the state moves to crush religious expression and all cultural its cultural manifestations. secular atheism has never

John, did you read any of this? The latte left you so ingeniously identify are the people who are expressing the most concern about Tibet... but I don't know why I'm explaining this to someone who doesn't get the distinction between Marxism and liberalism

Anyone saw what the Minister for Foreign Affairs said? That the sovereignty of China over Tibet is not in question (quoted in smh opinion letter today). Is he for real? did he take history class in school? should we sponsor him for some lessons?

I find it very moving seeing the images of the Dalai Lama pleading for his people juxtaposed against the communist party apparatchiks and their brutal indifference to freedom and truth as they justify this crushing of the human spirit. The usual.
