Why oh why did I have to log in for this? It’s no different from Rundle’s normal (excellent) articles, so why wasn’t it in the newsletter? I hate pointless logins!!!!

It’s hard, I think to appreciate the truh of Guy Rundle’s comments if you are not actually here in the USA (as I am at present) exposed to USA media. There is virtually nothing interesting or important on any major channel, except PBS.

great article..a bit late.this story has been told for the last four years..how right was mark latham..the worst president most dangerous.ever….he people were moore interested in there level of debt…to be concerned.,now we all have to pay..

Re: log in. The article was twice as long as Rundle’s normal pieces, hence the decision to truncate the piece in the email. We believed that people would be interested enough to click through due to Guy’s brilliance but we’ll keep your concerns in mind!

I agree with Luke’s comments below - why wasn’t this article included in the email version of Crikey? I don’t mind logging in to read it, but I don’t see why Mr Rundle’s comments should be so marginalised.

I agree with others about unfortunately having to log in for this. It shows unusual insight into the deformed US economy and financial system, a much better overview than the platitudes of the professional idiots.
