The Oz is a good foil to the Left wng journalism emanating from the fairfax press and the ABC. The Oz has some outstanding writers who will give some balance to an otherwise bleak liberal left view. The tyranny of relativism is never more evident.

During the election campaign I recall that one of Dennis Shanahan’s pieces was so far from public sentiment and so obviously biased that the comment option online at the end of the story was removed after hudreds of personally abusive messages were added.

Where is this farce coming from about The Oz being anti-Labor? Whoever wrote the editorial should read all of The Oz’ political pieces, esp by P Kelly, George Melag’s et al. Spot the running of a Labor - left agenda, even when dressed up as a critique?
