    mmm, are they cuttlefish or what? And what ARE they doing in that city ‘wasteland’, as refugee Rundle quite rightly points out like some doomed extra from Into the Wild, or maybe smart alec Josh Lyman left behind by POTUS cavalcade for 24 hours in the USA
