		<description>Overlooked single greatest problem to a good federation - the meddling of centralists through Federal politicians who would otherwise have little to do. That problem stems from failure to uphold Constitution and clearly seperated roles of states &amp; Feds. </description>

		<description>Nice to see someone pointing out the States&#039; revenue raising problem - also a nice excuse for poor services - which is at the heart of the problems. Conventions are good but perhaps Citizens&#039; Initiated Referenda may be only way to achieve change.</description>
