Unless i am much mistaken the names of juvenile offenders in the NT can be published unless there is a specific order prohibiting it.

The boy’s name has been all over the media BEFORE he was charged. The child p_rn charge is stupid. Even with a 16 year old couple, it is legal for them to have sex, possibly legal to take a picture, but illegal for them to look at it until they are 18.

In Sept 07 Sydney APEC coppers were hyped by the pollies & top brass: The facts came 2nd. Now the tennis in Vic? Did young coppers just think ‘all wogs looks the same’, Chileans/Greeks chanting this year, same as specific conflict last year??

I bought the Sydney Daily Telegraph in down town Warrnambool, Vic a couple of days stale in Nov 2007. SMH too. They run out quick./ I wondered when this would become ‘child abuse’, very next day. Incredible. And the role of alcohol industry? Nil.
