The Nats are up, but 30 of the 32 most marginal coalition seats are held by the Libs. If anything it  looks like a bad poll for Howard to me.</description>

		<description>The Nat/ Lib vote ends up being a bit interchangeable in the polling, as many people in rural seats will answer &quot;Liberal&quot; when asked who they would vote for, even though their representative is a Nat.That&#039;s why the Nat vote is underestimated in the polls.</description>
