No surprises on the Crikey-Media Monitors Top 20 for the week of October 2-8. Malcolm Turnbull, saving the best for last, has his highest ever chart ranking with his Pulp cover: “The trees, those useless trees…” Other big movers this week include that unfortunate by-product of Sussex Street incest, NSW Health Minister Reba Meagher and her federal Labor counterpart, Nicola Roxon, who was taken along to some hospitals by her boss.
