The servants of the public are really "private servants" - one word of truth to the public and your job is gone. What a shame as we waste money stealing personnel from long term existing projects to address short term ways to use federal intervention funds. What could be a satisfactory measure of success? "Medical authorities" argue the tally of ongoing programs versus intervention programs (having stolen staff from the first). What stupid political game do we have to play to realise the intervention is a distraction.
