Tips and rumours
|
You need to ask why Defence planning for the NT was occurring six months BEFORE the announcement and WAY before the kids report. Nothing to do with the report! John Hay’s term as Vice Chancellor of University of Queensland finishes at the end of this year. The gossip is that Peter Shergold is being considered as the replacement, after he loses his current gig with the fall of the Howard Government. Rumour from inside the Navy that the Seasprite helicopter project will be cancelled after the election to the tune of a one billion dollar loss. The Flying Kangaroo will soon be unveiling a new logo… or should I say slightly modernised.
